Great news for homeowners and businesses that suffered damage storm damage between 12/17/10-1/4/11: Low interest rate loans (as low as 2.25 percent for homeowners and renters, 3 percent for private, non‑profit organizations and 4 percent for businesses, with terms up to 30 years) will be available. Loan amounts and terms are set by SBA and are based upon each applicant’s financial condition.
Starting on 2/10/11, an SBA Outreach Center will be set up at the Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce located at 357 Glenneyre St. Hours of operation will be on Thursdays and Fridays from 9:00am-5:30pm.
